DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR FINAL REGISTRATION

ONLINE APPLICATION FORM
  • Application Form (System Printout Received During Application)

CERTIFIED DIPLOMA OR GRADUATION CERTIFICATE

  • For enrollment in the Master's program LICENSE
  • HIGHER EDUCATION diploma or approved graduation certificate for enrollment in the Proficiency in Art / Doctorate program (E-government printouts are valid)

TRANSCRIPT SHOWING GRADUATION DEGREE (TRANSCRIPT)

  • For enrollment in the Master's program LICENSE
  • For enrollment in the Proficiency in Art/Doctorate program, the original transcript of undergraduate and graduate school transcripts (E-government printouts are valid)
  • Those who do not have an average of 100 in the transcript can use the translation table of YÖK. (In case of use, the printout of the table is also required.) 
  • YÖK Translation Table from 4th to 100th System

FOREIGN LANGUAGE CERTIFICATE

(For programs requiring a foreign language)

CERTIFICATE OF MILITARY SERVICE
(for Transfer Transfer)
  • It must have been obtained from the Military Branch Offices within the last month.
  • Candidates who have fulfilled their military service must have a photocopy of the discharge certificate with them.
  • E-government printouts are valid.
PHOTOCOPY OF PASSPORT (2 pieces)
-FOR INTERNATIONAL CANDIDATES
  • Passport photocopies must be certified with Turkish translation.
TÖMER CERTIFICATE
-FOR INTERNATIONAL CANDIDATES
  • For Master's and Proficiency in Art/Doctorate programs; the minimum score required to be obtained from TÖMER Turkish Exam is C1.

 

OTHER

  • Equivalency Certificate. Turkish nationals who have completed their undergraduate / graduate education in a higher education institution abroad are required to bring the Equivalency Certificate from YÖK.
  • In case of prolongation of the time to obtain the equivalency certificate, conditional registration can be made with the document that the application has been made to YÖK.
  • Petition for Certificate of Recognition 

 

INFORMATION 

In accordance with Article 35/6 of the Regulation on Graduate Education and Training of the Council of Higher Education, a student who is registered in any graduate program (including inactive student status), except for non-thesis master's programs, must remove his/her student registration in other graduate programs in order to be enrolled in the newly acquired program. Otherwise, these candidates cannot be registered as final students.

 - Candidate students who have graduated and have the right to enroll in any program by making a conditional application because they have not received their graduation certificate, must submit the graduation certificate (diploma) showing that they have completed their graduation procedures to the Institute during registration in order to be able to register as a final student.

- Instead of the vacant quotas of the students who have earned the right to final registration but did not register on the announced registration dates, the student registrations of the candidates who have earned the right to register as a substitute (starting from the first substitute) will be taken. (Original candidates who have earned the right to register but did not register on the final registration dates will not be able to claim rights later)  

IMPORTANT : Pursuant to Article 9 of Hacettepe University Graduate Education and Examination Regulations, the registrations of those who make a final registration based on false statements and/or forged and destroyed documents will be canceled as of the date of registration to the program.
